Nexus came to us looking to develop a fresh new look from the ground up. They had aspirations of being market leaders in the SMB market and wanted to reflect this in a brand that would set them apart from the competition.
Seeing the quite unique struggles small and medium-sized businesses face with their IT, Nexus Business Group positions itself as filling the void with the best solutions on the market for leaner budgets. The company focuses on problems and solutions, minus the techno babble. It wanted us to convey this in an engaging way, capitalising on our expertise in IT copywriting to create a benefits-led tone of voice, with a brand and website to match.
With our focus on design combined with copywriting to build identities, we developed the concept of IT superheroes, which really helped position Nexus. Placing characters at the forefront of the branding injected a tangible personality into the company which was pulled through the copy, further cementing the brand.
The copy was transformed into clear, punchy, jargon-free words that non-techy customers would understand. We ran this rebrand out across a number of different platforms, including their website, which involved our design team worked closely with the client to incorporate all the functional elements necessary, without taking their eyes off the brand identity ball.
