Hanging its Hat
One of approximately 2,000 housing associations working in the UK, Petersfield Housing Association needed to look the part. Its existing brand was dated and tired and did little to support its offering of good quality, affordable homes and excellent services.
The brand needed some life. A vibrant new look which would resound with its audience. And residents had to have easy access to relevant information both online and offline.
We rolled out a rebrand Petersfield Housing could hang its hat on. Having first updated their logo mark, we went on to develop an identity to support their offering.
A whole new colour palette was introduced, to create a much more personal and friendly image. The association mainly communicates with residents through literature, so we produced info leaflets, and quarterly newsletters to build more of a community amongst them and keep them all regularly informed and involved in what’s going on.
